About Sit and Go Strategy

So who am I? In short I’m a avid fan of online poker who started out playing fixed limit hold’em cash games online in 2003. That is still my main game and always will be, but I’m only human and like to try other things, and learn about other variants of poker. I was proven to be the most profitable limit hold’em player on a major European poker room in 2003/2004 playing $5/$10 and $10/$20 ring games and am now taking on the sit and go tournaments as a new challenge to myself.

I am a firm believer in understanding not only the game but the people that play it, there is a lot to learn from the way in which certain types of people approach the situations they face on the felt, even the most basic strategy will turn just about any poker player into a winner albeit at a lower roi than you really should be looking for.

The strategy on the web site is and wil be written from my own personal point of view or based on my own experiences. Also from time to time I will be publishing articles written by proven sit and go players with a rack record to back up their opinions.

So to sum up I am a winning poker player, but I often find it difficult to find the time to play the games I want. Sit and Go tournaments should solve this problem for me, I’ll be writing my sit and go poker blog as I go and opening a new account at a top online poker room where I can start from scratch and easily keep track of my progress.
